Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Please check the treatment, duration and price when booking, and arrive on time so the appointment can be carried out safely.

Changing or cancelling an appointment

Please contact Rita Skin Beauty as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Rita Skin Beauty requests at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. Please contact reisrobinson@hotmail.co.uk. Before publication, the business must confirm the approved cancellation method and ensure the booking system supports the policy.

Deposits and missed appointments

Any deposit, late-cancellation charge or no-show fee must be clearly communicated before a customer completes a booking. The amount, circumstances, refundability and any exceptions must be confirmed by the business and must comply with applicable consumer law. Do not rely on a charge that was not clearly disclosed and agreed in advance.

Late arrival

Patch tests and treatment suitability

Some treatments may require a patch test or consultation. Customers should follow the instructions given when booking. Rita Skin Beauty may postpone or decline a treatment if a required patch test has not been completed or if the treatment is not considered suitable or safe.

When Rita Skin Beauty changes an appointment

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact the customer using the details provided and explain the available options, including any refund due for a payment made for a service not supplied.

Consumer rights

This policy does not remove statutory rights. The legal cancellation rules for services booked online or at a distance may depend on when the service is due to take place and whether the customer has requested that it begin during a cancellation period.
